Where can I find sizing information?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted item for a refund to your original method of payment. We even provide you with the return label - you just need to request it online via your profile.

All Clearance Items final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.Please note that returned clothes and accessories must have their original tags and be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, or tears. We recommend you try on your clothes with an undershirt. Some items - such as socks, bathing or swimsuits, towels, and underwear cannot be returned, as we need to ensure these items are hygienic.


What is Style Plan?

Style Plan is the new and easy Frank And Oak service that offers great styles at a low cost. When you subscribe to Style Plan you can get up to 4 personalized recommendations for $79 USD ($89 CAD) every month or every two months. You choose the items you want to receive and when you want them.

What else do you get? Free standard shipping, free returns and you can cancel at any time.

We launch a new collection on the first of each month around 11 AM EST and you’ll have access to our latest styles.


How can I exchange my item?

At this time, we don’t have a direct exchange process in place. But fear not! You can definitely swap your item for something else if your heart so desires. The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order right away.

Here’s what you need to do:
  1. Place a new order for the correct item (with our limited inventory, you don’t want to wait til it’s too late!)
  2. Request a Return from your Order History page (log in or create an account in order to do this)
  3. You’ll be refunded to your original method of payment once the return is received.
